How do I access my child's photos?
Your school will send you an access code by email or in your child's school bag. Enter it at dubaischoolphotographer.com to view their gallery.
What if I miss the school's order deadline?
You can still order. Late orders are delivered to your home (shipping charges apply) or collected from our Al Quoz studio. School delivery is not available for late orders.
Can I order just digital files?
Yes — digital download packages are available alongside all print options. Choose what works for you in the gallery.
My child was absent on photo day. What happens?
Contact us and we'll let you know if a catch-up date is scheduled. This varies by school, so reach out as soon as possible.
Can I get sibling photos if my children are in different classes?
Yes, sibling group photos are available at many schools. Check your school's communication or contact us to confirm.
How do I book a studio session?
