What is the school code / access code?
Both are the same thing — your child's Student ID Number. You'll find it on their school ID card or by checking with the school office.
What if I miss the school's order deadline?
You can still order. Late orders are delivered to your home (courier charges apply) or collected from our Al Quoz studio. School delivery is not available for late orders.
I have more than one child at the school. Can I order together?
Yes. Each child has their own gallery under their Student ID. Send us your children's names and class sections on WhatsApp or by email and we'll combine their galleries so you can browse and order in one place.
When is the deadline to order?
Each school sets its own deadline. Check with your school office or the photo day notice for the exact date. Orders before the deadline are delivered to school at no extra charge.
Can I order just digital files?
Yes — digital download packages are available alongside all print options. Choose what works for you in the gallery shop.
My child was absent on photo day. What happens?
Contact us and we'll let you know if a catch-up date is scheduled. This varies by school, so reach out as soon as possible.
How do I book a studio session?
